Decent
We booked the Sunset Jacuzzi Room. On Day 1, we had issues with the shower heater and did not have any hot water. Our friends who stayed in Room 102 just beside us also reported that their heater was spoilt. When we highlighted this to the staff, we were told that it was already late in the evening and the engineer was not available. We were given the option to shower in another vacant room instead. The next day the problem was fixed but only for my friend's room. They could not resolve the issue for my room, reason being our hot water pipe connection was leaking/faulty and therefore unsafe for use. The resort offered to move us to the Garden Jacuzzi Villa but we had to wait till after the guests checked out that afternoon.
Villa wise, the garden jacuzzi was littered with many leaves so we didnt use it. the room was spacious but that meant it was harder for the AC to cool the room. We kept both the AC and fan turned on. Comfortable bed, need to remember to draw curtains for privacy. Wifi in room could be better.
On the first night and tired from our flight travels, we decided to dine at the hotel (on the beach). Although we were informed of the long waiting time, it was far too long and the quality of the food was just barely acceptable.
There is only one hotel cafe for breakfast and the buffet spread could be better.
Need to climb up a fleet of steep steps to get to the gym. It was adequate with a great view.
Swimming pool was a good size and we ordered finger food from the pool bar which was decent.
The beach was lovely and clean. My partner had a massage at the beach hut while I went kayaking.
The resort also provided free bicycles to explore the area which we did.
