It's my favorite hotel in Tailand,you can walk to the beach just 2min, laying the garden it's really relaxed,we had a lot of good memories in here.

Will not be returning

I stayed at Holiday Villa for six nights with two friends. The rooms were spacious and very nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and tasted good. The price of things at the hotel were very expensive. Their tours are more than any of the other hotels on the beach. The price of laundry was per item and not the standard 40 baht per KG that you could get anywhere else. The massage prices were listed at 100 baht more in the hotel book than what the lady was charging if you booked with her. The beach was okay- but it was not a beach for swimming or laying out on. It is very rocky and the high tide comes in to the top of the beach. The one issue we did have was with one staff member. She checked us in and was cranky and rude to us upon arrival. The other staff members were excellent and always said hello or gave a smile. One lady at the front desk was outstanding and called some of our bookings to confirm for us. When we were waiting to leave, our taxi was running late and we had already had a tour not pick us up so we wanted to confirm that they were coming. We asked the same lady who had checked us in to call. She said she wanted 20 baht to call. The price was obviously not the issue, but if I'm paying 20,000 baht to stay for the week- I do not expect to be paying to use the phone. Especially when other staff members have called on our behalf and had never asked for any money. We had to call and paid her the money and she threw a phone at us. We don't speak Thai and it was very disappointing to see that kind of behaviour, when every other staff member had been exceptional.
